1. Coordinate and manage order processing from receipt to delivery.
2. Ensure timely and accurate order entry into the system.
3. Liaise with logistics and supply chain teams to optimize delivery schedules.
4. Communicate with clients to provide updates on order status and resolve any issues.
5. Maintain accurate records of orders and customer interactions.
6. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to forecast demand and manage inventory levels.

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in order management or a similar role in the luxury goods sector.
3. Familiarity with ERP systems and order processing software.

3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in order management or a related field within the luxury goods industry is required.
