1. Coordinate and manage the entire order process from receipt to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
2. Liaise with internal departments such as sales, logistics, and customer service to ensure seamless operations.
3. Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the supply chain team to address any discrepancies.
4. Prepare and analyze reports on order status, inventory levels, and delivery performance.
5. Resolve any order-related issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in order management or a similar role within the luxury goods sector.

1. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
4. Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in order management or a related field, preferably within the luxury industry.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
