- Coordinate and manage the entire order process from receipt to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
- Liaise with internal departments such as sales, logistics, and customer service to ensure seamless operations.
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the supply chain team to address any discrepancies.
- Prepare and analyze reports on order status, inventory levels, and delivery performance.
- Resolve any order-related issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in order management or a similar role within the luxury goods sector.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in order management or a related field, preferably within the luxury industry.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
