Rado Marketing Coordinator

1. Assist, coordinate, or lead various projects within the communication department.
2. Lead the yearly edition of the Consumer Catalogue in collaboration with the graphic designer and product team.
3. Lead the yearly update of Sales & Marketing Guidelines, connecting with internal HQ stakeholders and delivering content to the graphic designer.
4. Update the Rado Brand Presentation twice a year and ensure markets are using and implementing it.
5. Manage the Rado Sharepoint to inform HQ employees about global brand activities and maintain a strong content base.
6. Suggest and supply content updates for the Rado E-Learning platform.
7. Update Rado presentations on partner websites.
8. Upload and manage content on ContentServ with the PR Coordinator.
9. Coordinate watches for shootings, organizing samples and managing timelines.
10. Substitute Event Project Coordinator: manage event requests and assist in coordinating larger events.

1. Commercial apprenticeship
2. Great experience in marketing or a similar field
3. Excellent command of Microsoft Office
