Rado Digital Marketing and Website Trainee

- Assist in creating SEO-optimized landing pages and content with guidance from the SEO agency.
- Facilitate technical SEO improvements on the website in collaboration with the agency.
- Contribute translations into the Magento Backend for various pages.
- Support markets with content update requests and coordinate with external agencies for updates, such as the store locator.
- Optimize user experience on Rado.com and enhance landing page structure using tools like ContentSquare and Google Analytics.
- Aid in continuous improvement efforts on Rado.com, including website testing post-releases or during new functionality trials.
- Serve as the primary contact for analytics and tracking inquiries within the team.
- Oversee external agencies in implementing website tracking and maintain current tracking documentation.
- Provide data analysis and reporting, including monthly website performance reports.
- Develop and manage the AB testing roadmap, monitoring KPIs such as bounce rate, conversion rate, and add-to-cart rate.
- Evaluate performance against expected outcomes, considering the confidence level of tests.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's or master's degree in marketing.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Previous experience in an international environment is desirable.
- Knowledge of the watch or luxury industry is a plus.
- Fluent in French or German, with strong written and spoken English skills.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Outgoing and personable demeanor.
- Flexibility and enjoyment in working within an international environment.
- Proactive and hands-on approach.
- Solution-oriented mindset.
Previous experience in an international environment is desirable.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's or master's degree in marketing.
