Digital Marketing and Website Trainee

1. Assist in creating SEO-optimized landing pages and content with the help of an SEO agency.
2. Drive technical SEO improvements on the website.
3. Contribute translations into Magento Backend for landing pages or other pages.
4. Support markets in content update requests and coordinate with external agencies for updates.
5. Optimize user experience on Rado.com and structure landing pages using tools like ContentSquare and Google Analytics.
6. Assist with website testing after releases or when testing new functionalities.
7. Serve as the point of contact for all analytics and tracking inquiries.
8. Drive external agencies in implementing website tracking and maintain up-to-date tracking documentation.
9. Provide data analysis and reporting, including creating monthly website performance reports.
10. Develop and pilot the AB testing roadmap while monitoring KPIs such as bounce rate, conversion rate, and add-to-cart rate.

1. Currently pursuing or recently completed bachelor's or master's studies in marketing.
2. Previous experience in an international environment is desirable.
3. Knowledge of the watch/luxury industry is a plus.
