Rado Digital Marketing and Website Trainee

- Assist in creating SEO-optimized landing pages and content in collaboration with the SEO agency.
- Coordinate with the agency to implement technical SEO enhancements on the website.
- Contribute translations into the Magento Backend for various pages.
- Support market requests for content updates and coordinate with external agencies for updates, such as the store locator.
- Optimize user experience and landing page structure on Rado.com using tools like ContentSquare and Google Analytics.
- Assist with website testing post-releases or when introducing new functionalities.
- Act as the primary contact for analytics and tracking inquiries within the team.
- Guide external agencies in implementing website tracking and maintain updated tracking documentation.
- Provide data analysis and reporting, including monthly website performance reports.
- Develop and oversee the AB testing roadmap, monitoring KPIs such as bounce rate and conversion rate.
- Evaluate performance against expected outcomes, considering test confidence levels.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's or master's degree in marketing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in an international environment is desirable.
- Knowledge of the watch or luxury industry is advantageous.
