Rado Design Engineer

- Develop and design new watch components and mechanisms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility and manufacturability.
- Create detailed technical drawings and specifications for production.
- Conduct research on new materials and technologies to enhance product offerings.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in product design, preferably within the watchmaking or luxury goods industry.
- Strong understanding of CAD software and technical drawing.
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes and materials used in watchmaking.
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and precision.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Effective communication skills in both written and spoken English and French.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the luxury watchmaking industry.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
