- Provide telephone and written customer support in German, French, and English.
- Assist customers at the service reception desk.
- Advise service partners and dealers.
- Manage various service mailboxes.
- Handle complaint management for private customers in Switzerland and internationally in German, French, and English.
- Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent.
- Several years of experience in customer service.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Helpful and service-oriented.
- Flexible and committed.
- Fluent in written and spoken German.
- Excellent communication skills in German, French, and English.
- Strong organizational abilities.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work in a team.
Several years of experience in customer service, preferably within the luxury goods sector.
Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent.
