1. Support the Boutique Manager in daily operations and management of the boutique.
2. Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of luxury retail.
3. Assist in inventory management and visual merchandising.
4. Contribute to sales targets and business growth strategies.
5. Train and motivate boutique staff to achieve performance goals.

1. Proven experience in luxury retail management.
2. Strong understanding of the luxury watch market.

1. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
3. Proficiency in inventory management and visual merchandising.

A minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role within luxury retail.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
