Rabanne Retail Design Manager

- Lead the implementation and adaptation of global retail concepts for distributors across Latin America, ensuring consistent brand expression in owned and partner-operated environments.
- Manage end-to-end store design projects including concept adaptation, technical drawings, specifications, procurement, contractor selection and on-site supervision.
- Act as the primary point of contact for LATAM distributors and retail partners on design, visual merchandising and rollout schedules; ensure compliance with contract and brand standards.
- Develop and maintain store design toolkits, FF&E schedules, installation manuals and merchandising plans tailored to Latin American markets.
- Prepare and control project budgets, cost estimates and approval workflows; negotiate with suppliers and manage cost-control initiatives.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with commercial, marketing, product and visual merchandising teams to align store environments with seasonal launches and brand campaigns.
- Deliver regular progress reports, risk assessments and post-implementation evaluations to senior stakeholders.
- Travel regularly within the LATAM region to oversee rollouts, site surveys and quality assurance inspections.
- Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Industrial Design or related field.
- Minimum 5 years' professional experience in retail or store design, ideally within luxury fashion or beauty.
- Proven experience managing regional projects and working with third‑party distributors or franchise partners.
- Robust portfolio demonstrating retail design, technical documentation and store rollouts.
- Strong budget management, negotiation and supplier-management capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present clearly to internal stakeholders and external partners.
