1. Create, digitize and modify garment patterns using Lectra software to designers' specifications.
2. Produce graded patterns and markers, ensuring compliance with size tolerances and production constraints.

4. Support fittings by implementing on‑body adjustments and translating fit decisions into updated patterns.
5. Collaborate closely with design, prototyping and production teams to meet development timelines.
6. Maintain and archive pattern libraries, version control and sample histories.
7. Participate in quality control checks of patterns and prototypes to ensure manufacturability.

1. Vocational diploma or certificate in pattern making, fashion technology or equivalent practical training.
2. Practical knowledge of garment construction, grading principles and marker efficiency.
3. Proven ability to work with tight deadlines and maintain accuracy on complex styles.
4. Good interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with design and production teams.
5. French language proficiency desirable for day‑to‑day communication in a Paris atelier.
