- Vocational diploma or certificate in pattern making, fashion technology or equivalent practical training.
- Practical knowledge of garment construction, grading principles and marker efficiency.
- Proven ability to work with tight deadlines and maintain accuracy on complex styles.
- Good interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with design and production teams.
- French language proficiency desirable for day‑to‑day communication in a Paris atelier.
