Rabanne HR Assistant

- Provide day-to-day HR administrative support across recruitment, onboarding, contracts and personnel file management for Paris-based teams and local maisons.
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment logistics: post vacancies, screen CVs, schedule interviews and liaise with hiring managers and external agencies.
- Manage new-hire onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, induction scheduling and access provisioning.
- Maintain and update HR databases and systems, ensuring accuracy of employee records and confidentiality of personal data.
- Support payroll preparation by collecting timesheets, absences and statutory documentation; liaise with payroll provider as required.
- Prepare standard HR correspondence and contracts, translate or adapt templates to ensure legal compliance with French labour rules.
- Assist with employee relations enquiries, benefits administration and coordination of internal training programs.
- Contribute to HR projects and local implementation of global people initiatives; provide ad hoc reporting and analytics for HR business partners.
- Proven experience (typically 1–3 years) in an HR administrative or coordinator role, ideally within fashion, retail or consumer goods.
- Strong knowledge of French labour law basics and personnel administration practices.
- Excellent organisational skills with proven attention to detail and discretion when handling confidential information.
- Professional communication skills, able to interact with managers, external providers and employee populations.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-moving environment and to manage multiple priorities with short deadlines.
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- HRIS experience (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors or Workday)
- Applicant tracking / recruitment platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter)
- HR administration and personnel file management
- Basic French labour law knowledge
Typically 1–3 years of hands-on HR administrative or coordination experience, preferably within luxury fashion, retail or a multi-brand consumer goods company. Experience supporting recruitment, onboarding and payroll interfaces is expected.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
