- Define and execute the retail strategy for assigned brands in the UK market to drive top-line growth and long-term brand equity.
- Own P&L for the retail network; set sales targets, monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions to achieve profitability objectives.
- Lead omnichannel retail initiatives, ensuring seamless integration between physical stores and digital platforms to enhance client experience and conversion.
- Develop and implement merchandising, assortment and visual guidelines tailored to local market dynamics and seasonal brand directives.
- Recruit, coach and inspire store leadership and sales teams; establish performance KPIs, training frameworks and talent development plans.
- Partner with marketing, wholesale and product teams to coordinate local campaigns, launches and clienteling activities that maximise footfall and retention.
- Analyse sales performance, client segmentation and KPIs to identify opportunities, optimise store productivity and reduce shrinkage.
- Ensure operational excellence across stores, including standards for service, presentation, inventory management and compliance with company policies.
- Proven senior retail leadership experience within luxury fashion, accessories or fragrance, preferably managing multi-brand or multi-store portfolios.
- Track record of P&L responsibility and delivering sustained sales and margin growth in competitive markets.
- Demonstrable experience implementing omnichannel and clienteling strategies that improved conversion and retention.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in merchandising, assortment planning and KPI-driven decision making.
- Excellent people leadership capabilities, including recruitment, performance management and talent development in a luxury retail context.

Minimum 7–10 years of progressive retail experience with at least 3–5 years in a senior or head-of-role within luxury fashion or fragrance, including responsibility for a multi-store network and P&L ownership.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, Fashion, or a related field (or equivalent demonstrable experience).
