- Provide exceptional customer service and personalized beauty consultations to clients.
- Promote and sell a diverse range of luxury fragrance and beauty products from Puig's portfolio.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of product lines and industry trends to effectively advise customers.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the retail team.
- Ensure the visual merchandising of products aligns with brand standards.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Proven experience in a retail or customer service role within the beauty industry.
- Strong understanding of luxury beauty products and market trends.
- Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales-driven with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the beauty or luxury retail sector is required.
