Rabanne Apprentice Olfaction Assistant (Prestige & Niche)

1. Support the olfaction and product teams in day-to-day operations for prestige and niche fragrance projects, from brief to launch.
2. Coordinate sample requests, manage sample libraries and track prototypes through production and evaluation cycles.
3. Assist with sensory panels and qualitative evaluation sessions, recording observations and providing structured feedback to perfumers and product managers.
4. Maintain project documentation, update timelines, and ensure effective communication between internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
5. Prepare briefings, presentation materials and technical dossiers for internal reviews and cross-functional meetings.
6. Contribute to market and competitive research relevant to niche and prestige fragrance positioning.

1. Enrolled in an apprenticeship-eligible higher education program in perfumery, cosmetic science, chemistry, marketing or a related discipline.
2. Demonstrable interest in fragrance, luxury goods or sensory sciences; curiosity for raw materials and olfactive composition.
3. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple parallel tasks.
4. Good written and verbal communication skills and the capacity to work collaboratively across functions.
5. Authorization to undertake an apprenticeship in France.

No specific prior professional experience is required; previous internships or practical exposure in perfumery, cosmetics or fragrance development are advantageous.

Currently enrolled in a vocational or university program (BTS, Licence, Bachelor or equivalent) in perfumery, cosmetic science, chemistry, marketing or a related field and eligible for an apprenticeship (alternance).
