1. Cultivate and expand a pool of new and returning clientele through luxury clienteling and compassionate customer service.
2. Resolve customer inquiries and complaints to the satisfaction of both the client and the company.
3. Coordinate VIP events to enhance customer engagement.
4. Maximize sales performance and achieve assigned boutique team targets and KPIs.
5. Support boutique operations and management, ensuring the highest quality in all aspects.
6. Assist with regular stock checks and annual inventory in compliance with company policies.

1. Experience in luxury jewelry retail or with high-end jewelry and watch brands is preferred.
2. KPI achievement and store opening experience are advantageous.
3. Proficiency in Japanese at JLPT N2 level is required; conversational English and Mandarin are preferred.

1. Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
2. Enthusiastic team player with a friendly disposition and a motivated attitude.

Prior experience in luxury retail, particularly in jewelry or watches, is beneficial.
