1. Cultivate and expand a pool of new and loyal clientele through luxury clienteling and empathetic customer service.
2. Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints to ensure satisfaction for both the client and the company.
3. Coordinate VIP events to enhance customer engagement.
4. Maximize sales performance and achieve boutique team goals and KPIs.
5. Support boutique operations and management, ensuring the highest quality in all aspects.
6. Assist with regular stock checks and annual inventory in compliance with company standards.

1. Experience in luxury jewelry retail or with a high-end jewelry or watch brand is preferred.
2. Proven track record in KPI performance and store opening experience is advantageous.
3. Possess excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
4. Enthusiastic team player with a friendly demeanor and a motivated attitude.

1. Proficiency in Japanese at JLPT N2 level is required.
2. Conversational ability in English and Mandarin is a plus.

Experience in luxury retail, particularly in jewelry or watches, is preferred.
