- Deliver exceptional, personalised service in strict accordance with Qeelin service standards at every stage of the client journey.
- Proactively engage clients to present collections, advise on product features and styling, and drive conversion to achieve assigned sales targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity; provide informed, professional guidance to clients to enhance brand perception and loyalty.
- Operate store processes and tools accurately; ensure full compliance with group and brand commercial policies and operational procedures.
- Maintain merchandise security and adhere to loss-prevention measures to minimise theft and shrinkage.
- Uphold the brand’s image through professional appearance and conduct; perform additional duties as assigned by the store management team.
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational retail or luxury sales training is advantageous.
- Polished interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and cultivate long-term client relationships.
- Customer-focused attitude with strong commercial awareness and a results-driven mindset.
- Professional appearance and the ability to adhere to brand grooming and behavioural standards.
- Demonstrable ability to follow operational policies, point-of-sale procedures, and inventory control protocols.
- Brand-standard clienteling and personalised service delivery

- Inventory control and loss-prevention procedures
- Familiarity with store operational tools and point-of-sale systems
- Market and competitor analysis for client advisory
Preferably 1–2 years of retail or luxury sales experience; prior boutique experience and a track record of meeting sales targets are highly desirable.
