- Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences and uphold retail excellence.
- Engage in luxury clienteling to build and maintain customer relationships and loyalty.
- Expand and nurture a pool of new and returning customers.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring satisfactory resolutions.
- Coordinate VIP events to enhance brand presence.
- Maximize sales performance and achieve boutique team targets and KPIs.
- Support boutique operations and administration, maintaining top quality standards.
- Conduct regular stock checks and assist in annual stock takes.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in luxury retail sales.
- Experience in jewellery or watch sectors preferred; candidates from the fashion industry are also welcome.
- Proficient in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
- Immediate availability preferred.
- Strong team player with a results-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
- Proficiency in coordinating events and managing sales targets.
A minimum of one year in luxury retail sales, preferably within the jewellery or watch sectors.
