1. Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences and uphold retail excellence.
2. Engage in luxury clienteling to build and maintain customer relationships and loyalty.
3. Expand and nurture a pool of new and returning customers.
4. Address customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring satisfactory resolutions.
5. Coordinate VIP events to enhance brand presence.
6. Maximize sales performance and achieve boutique team targets and KPIs.
7. Support boutique operations and administration, maintaining top quality standards.
8. Conduct regular stock checks and assist in annual stock takes.

1. Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in luxury retail sales.
2. Experience in jewellery or watch sectors preferred; candidates from the fashion industry are also welcome.
3. Proficient in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
4. Immediate availability preferred.

A minimum of one year in luxury retail sales, preferably within the jewellery or watch sectors.
