1. Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences and uphold retail excellence.
2. Engage in luxury clienteling to build and maintain customer relationships and loyalty.
3. Expand and nurture both new and returning customer bases.
4. Address customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring satisfactory resolutions.
5. Coordinate VIP events to enhance brand engagement.
6. Maximize sales performance and achieve boutique team targets and KPIs.
7. Develop high-value sales records.
8. Support boutique operations and administration, ensuring top-quality standards.
9. Conduct regular stock checks and assist with annual inventory counts.

1. Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in luxury retail sales.
2. Experience in jewellery or watch sectors preferred; candidates from the fashion industry are also welcome.
3. Proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
4. Immediate availability preferred.

At least one year of experience in luxury retail sales, preferably in jewellery or watches.
