1. Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences and uphold retail excellence.
2. Engage in luxury clienteling to build and maintain customer relationships and loyalty.
3. Expand and nurture a pool of new and returning customers.
4. Address customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring satisfactory resolutions.
5. Coordinate VIP events to enhance client engagement.
6. Maximize sales performance to achieve boutique team targets and KPIs.
7. Develop high-value sales records.
8. Support boutique operations and administration, ensuring top-quality standards.
9. Conduct regular stock checks and assist with annual inventory audits.

1. Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in luxury retail sales.
2. Experience in jewellery or watch sectors preferred; candidates from the fashion industry are also welcome.
3. Proficient team player with a results-oriented mindset.
4. Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
