1. Deliver exceptional luxury clienteling and customer service to build and maintain customer relationships and loyalty.
2. Expand and nurture a portfolio of new and returning customers.
3. Address customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring satisfactory resolutions for both customers and the company.
4. Coordinate VIP events to enhance client engagement.
5. Maximize sales performance to achieve boutique team targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
6. Develop high-value sales records.
7. Support boutique operations and administration, maintaining top-quality standards.
8. Conduct regular stock checks and assist with annual inventory audits.
9. Execute ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

1. Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in luxury retail sales.
2. Experience in jewellery is preferred; candidates from the fashion industry are also considered.
3. Immediate availability is preferred.

1. Strong team player with a results-oriented mindset.
2. Proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.

Candidates should possess at least one year of experience in luxury retail sales, with a preference for those with a background in jewellery or fashion.
