1. Deliver exceptional luxury clienteling and customer service to build and maintain customer relationships and loyalty.
2. Expand and nurture a pool of new and returning customers.
3. Address customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring satisfactory resolutions for both the customer and the company.
4. Coordinate VIP events to enhance client engagement.
5. Maximize sales performance to meet boutique team targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
6. Develop high-value sales records.
7. Support boutique operations and administration, ensuring top-quality standards.
8. Conduct regular stock checks and assist with annual inventory.
9. Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

1. Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in luxury retail sales.
2. Experience in the jewellery sector is preferred; candidates from the fashion industry are also considered.
3. Immediate availability is preferred.

1. Strong team player with a results-oriented mindset.
2. Proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.

At least 1 year of experience in luxury retail sales, preferably in jewellery or fashion.
