1. Cultivate and maintain luxury client relationships, providing exceptional customer service to foster loyalty.
2. Expand and nurture the customer base, focusing on both new and returning clients.
3. Address customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring satisfactory resolutions for both customers and the company.
4. Coordinate VIP events to enhance client engagement.
5. Maximize sales performance and achieve boutique team targets and KPIs.
6. Develop high-value sales records.
7. Support boutique operations and administration, ensuring top-quality standards.
8. Conduct regular stock checks and assist with annual inventory audits.
9. Collaborate effectively with team members.

1. Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in luxury retail sales.
2. Experience in the jewellery or watch sector preferred; candidates from the fashion industry are also encouraged to apply.
3. Strong team player with a results-oriented mindset.
4. Proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
5. Immediate availability preferred.
