1. Deliver attentive, brand-compliant client service to ensure an exceptional in-store experience.
2. Achieve individual sales targets and collaborate proactively with colleagues to drive store performance.
3. Maintain current knowledge of market trends, competitor activity and product details; provide professional advice to clients.
4. Master and correctly use all in-store processes, tools and POS systems; adhere strictly to group and brand operational policies.
5. Implement security and loss-prevention measures to protect merchandise and minimise shrinkage.
6. Uphold the brand's appearance and conduct standards in presentation and behaviour at all times.
7. Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors to support store operations.

1. Previous retail experience in luxury goods or fine jewellery preferred.
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused, service-oriented attitude.
3. Demonstrable ability to meet sales targets and work effectively within a team.
4. Impeccable personal presentation and adherence to brand grooming standards.
5. Availability to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
6. Legal eligibility to work in Mainland China.
