- Manage sales orders and returns for wholesale clients and intercompany transactions, ensuring timely system updates and closure of outstanding receipts.
- Coordinate transfers with local points of sale, office, and warehouse.
- Oversee jewellery consignments, including MKTCOM and staff uniform consignments.
- Maintain order management data files and support daily team operations.
- Organize document filing and assist with ad-hoc projects as needed.
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Proficiency in English and Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese)
- Advanced computer literacy with expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Office applications
1-2 years of work experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
