- Assist in planning and executing in-mall campaigns, promotions, and co-branded partnerships aligned with brand strategy.
- Coordinate with retail partners, landlords, and agencies to facilitate marketing activations.
- Support store visual updates, including lightbox changes and seasonal refreshes, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Support CRM gifting programs and client journey touchpoints for VIPs and key customers.
- Contribute to the global event calendar, supporting VIP events, trunk shows, and pop-ups across markets.
- Track campaign and event performance, delivering post-activity reports and ROI insights.
- Conduct market research on competitors, trends, and consumer behavior to inform strategy.
- Manage administrative tasks including vendor invoicing, compliance checks, and marketing documentation.
- Provide support on ad-hoc marketing projects and tasks as assigned by the Marketing Manager.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Relevant experience in luxury retail, fashion, or jewelry marketing is advantageous
- Motivated and organized with attention to detail, comfortable with multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive and dynamic individual with strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent command of Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
- Outdoor activities and work may be required occasionally
- Available to work 4-5 full days per week
- Fresh graduates will be considered
