1. Facilitate the implementation of client journey touchpoints in-store and at events.
2. Assist in managing client gifting strategies, collateral development, and production logistics.
3. Support the planning and coordination of the global event calendar.
4. Assist in the planning and execution of in-mall visibilities, collaborations, and promotions.
5. Coordinate marketing activities by liaising with various stakeholders.
6. Assist in planning and production for store campaign lightbox and visual changeovers.
7. Track invoice and payment records.
8. Conduct market research and compile monthly and annual reports.
9. Assist with ad-hoc duties or projects as assigned.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Relevant experience in luxury retail, fashion, or jewelry marketing is advantageous.
3. Motivated and organized with attention to detail, capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
4. Proactive and dynamic with strong interpersonal skills.
5. Excellent command of Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
6. Availability to work 4-5 full days per week.
