- Create tools and processes to monitor VIC preferences, purchase history, and engagement metrics.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop tailored communications and collateral for VICs.
- Serve as the primary liaison for top-tier clients, providing exceptional service and anticipating their needs.
- Engage proactively with VICs through personalized outreach, gifting, and invitations to exclusive brand experiences.
