Qeelin Boutique Manager

- Report directly to the Regional Retail Manager and collaborate with boutique teams and other departments.
- Build and develop the boutique team through regular training and mentoring in line with company principles.
- Lead and manage store openings.
- Initiate and execute strategic action plans for the boutique team to respond effectively to the retail climate and achieve sales targets.
- Oversee daily shop operations and ensure sales targets are met.
- Create regular reports and maintain communication with the Regional Retail Manager and office-level teams.
- Conduct luxury clienteling and deliver exceptional boutique service, including expanding the VIP database and managing customer follow-ups and issues.
- Maintain appropriate inventory mix and healthy stock levels.
- Implement assigned practices and guidelines to uphold brand values.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in luxury retail, with at least 5 years in a managerial role. Experience in jewelry and watches is advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills and excellent business acumen.
- Proactive and result-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with high integrity.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and people management skills.
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office and POS systems.
