Qeelin Boutique Manager

1. Report directly to the Regional Retail Manager and collaborate with boutique teams and other departments.
2. Build and develop the boutique team through regular training and mentoring in line with company principles.
3. Lead and manage store openings.
4. Initiate and execute strategic action plans for the boutique team to respond effectively to the retail climate and achieve sales targets.
5. Oversee daily shop operations and ensure sales targets are met.
6. Create regular reports and maintain communication with the Regional Retail Manager and office-level teams.
7. Conduct luxury clienteling and deliver exceptional boutique service, including expanding the VIP database and managing customer follow-ups and issues.
8. Maintain appropriate inventory mix and healthy stock levels.
9. Implement assigned practices and guidelines to uphold brand values.

1. Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in luxury retail, with at least 5 years in a managerial role. Experience in jewelry and watches is advantageous.

2. Proactive and result-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Self-motivated with high integrity.
4. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and people management skills.
5. Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
6. Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office and POS systems.

Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in luxury retail, with at least 5 years in a managerial role. Experience in jewelry and watches is advantageous.
