- Assist the line manager in developing and implementing retail excellence initiatives, special projects, operating plans, and budgets in Mainland China.
- Implement retail excellence standards in alignment with brand guidelines to maintain consistency with the brand's image and service standards.
- Develop and oversee customer-centric initiatives to drive growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement actions to enhance client engagement and boost sales performance.
- Ensure training materials and tools are developed, updated, and aligned with retail needs.
- Facilitate training courses and conduct follow-ups to ensure effective learning.
- Lead the implementation of digital tools in sales and clienteling, ensuring their full utilization.
- Plan and complete induction sessions for all new hires in retail and office roles.
- Collaborate with the retail team to develop solid action plans for achieving sales objectives.
- Identify training needs and create agile training programs in partnership with the retail team.
- Gain and share knowledge of competitor brands, products, and services.
- Manage administrative tasks for the training team, including payment processing and logistics arrangements.
- Support CRM events in presentation and client engagement to effectively showcase the brand image.
- Proven experience in retail training or a related field within the luxury fashion industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret KPIs and develop action plans.
- Familiarity with digital tools in sales and clienteling.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to develop and implement training programs.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Proficiency in analyzing business metrics.
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retail training or a related field within the luxury fashion industry is required.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
