1. Assist the line manager in developing and implementing retail excellence initiatives, special projects, operating plans, and budgets in Mainland China.
2. Implement retail excellence standards in alignment with brand guidelines to maintain consistency with the brand's image and service standards.
3. Develop and oversee customer-centric initiatives to drive growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
4. Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement actions to enhance client engagement and boost sales performance.
5. Ensure training materials and tools are developed, updated, and aligned with retail needs.
6. Facilitate training courses and conduct follow-ups to ensure effective learning.
7. Lead the implementation of digital tools in sales and clienteling, ensuring their full utilization.
8. Plan and complete induction sessions for all new hires in retail and office roles.
9. Collaborate with the retail team to develop solid action plans for achieving sales objectives.
10. Identify training needs and create agile training programs in partnership with the retail team.
11. Gain and share knowledge of competitor brands, products, and services.
12. Manage administrative tasks for the training team, including payment processing and logistics arrangements.
13. Support CRM events in presentation and client engagement to effectively showcase the brand image.

1. Proven experience in retail training or a related field within the luxury fashion industry.
2. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret KPIs and develop action plans.
3. Familiarity with digital tools in sales and clienteling.
