- Assist in the development and implementation of retail excellence initiatives and special projects in Mainland China.
- Ensure adherence to brand guidelines to maintain consistency in brand image and service standards.
- Oversee customer-centric initiatives to drive growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze KPIs to enhance client engagement and sales performance, ensuring training materials are up-to-date and effective.
- Facilitate training courses and conduct follow-ups to ensure the learning process is completed.
- Lead the implementation of retail digital tools for sales and clienteling, ensuring full utilization.
- Plan and complete induction sessions for new hires in retail and office roles.
- Collaborate with the retail team to develop action plans for achieving sales objectives.
- Identify training needs and create agile training programs in partnership with the retail team.
- Gain and share knowledge of competitor brands to enhance brand positioning.
- Manage administrative tasks for the training team, including payment processing and logistics.
- Support CRM events to enhance client engagement and showcase the brand image.
- Proven experience in retail training or retail management within the luxury sector.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret KPIs and implement strategic actions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
