1. Assist in the development and implementation of retail excellence initiatives and special projects in Mainland China.
2. Ensure adherence to brand guidelines to maintain consistency in brand image and service standards.
3. Oversee customer-centric initiatives to drive growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
4. Analyze KPIs to enhance client engagement and sales performance, ensuring training materials are up-to-date and effective.
5. Facilitate training courses and conduct follow-ups to ensure the learning process is completed.
6. Lead the implementation of retail digital tools for sales and clienteling, ensuring full utilization.
7. Plan and complete induction sessions for new hires in retail and office roles.
8. Collaborate with the retail team to develop action plans for achieving sales objectives.
9. Identify training needs and create agile training programs in partnership with the retail team.
10. Gain and share knowledge of competitor brands to enhance brand positioning.
11. Manage administrative tasks for the training team, including payment processing and logistics.
12. Support CRM events to enhance client engagement and showcase the brand image.

1. Proven experience in retail training or retail management within the luxury sector.
2. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret KPIs and implement strategic actions.
3. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
4. Proficiency in digital tools and platforms related to retail and clienteling.
