Purdey Retail Supervisor

1. Supervise day-to-day boutique operations, ensuring flawless presentation, stock integrity and compliance with brand standards.
2. Lead, coach and develop the sales team to achieve sales targets, deliver exemplary client service and maintain high client retention.
3. Drive sales performance through effective clienteling, upselling and the management of key performance indicators and daily sales reporting.
4. Oversee visual merchandising and product presentation, executing seasonal floorplans and window displays to brand specifications.
5. Manage cash handling, POS/EPOS operations, stock replenishment, inventory audits and loss-prevention measures.
6. Handle escalated customer enquiries and complaints with professionalism and discretion, preserving long-term client relationships.
7. Create staff rotas and coordinate with store leadership and central teams on recruitment, training and operational initiatives.

1. Proven supervisory experience in luxury retail, boutique or high-end hospitality environments.
2. Demonstrable track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
3. Strong leadership and people-development capabilities with experience coaching frontline staff.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills with a client-centred approach and high standards of discretion.
5. Flexible availability to cover weekends, peak trading periods and occasional events.
