Purdey Receptionist

1. Provide immaculate front-of-house reception duties on Saturdays: welcome clients, manage the switchboard and route enquiries with discretion.
2. Operate appointment scheduling and diary management for in-house specialists and client consultations.
3. Maintain reception area presentation to the brand's luxury standards and manage incoming and outgoing correspondence and parcels.
4. Process basic transactions, handle cash or card payments and support point-of-sale procedures as required.
5. Support administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and preparing documents or client briefs for store or workshop teams.
6. Liaise with internal teams (sales, workshop, management) to ensure smooth client service and a seamless customer journey.

1. Right to work in the UK and reliable Saturday availability.
2. Impeccable personal presentation and professional demeanour appropriate to a luxury brand.
3. Strong verbal and written English; numeracy sufficient for basic cash handling and reconciliation.
4. Previous experience in front-of-house, reception, luxury retail or hospitality is preferred.
