FP&A Analyst

- Support the preparation of annual budgets and rolling forecasts by collaborating with department heads.
- Perform detailed financial analyses, including trend and variance assessments.
- Pursue opportunities to streamline FP&A processes and enhance tools.
- Provide ad-hoc analysis and reporting as required by senior management.
- Assist in the preparation of weekly/monthly sales and month-end reports.
- Facilitate effective communication with local management, HQ Finance, and the Group.
- Track financial targets and KPIs, analyze budget or forecast deviations, and recommend corrective measures.
- Promote financial discipline and ensure compliance with corporate finance policies.
- Adapt to evolving needs within Finance and support the finance team’s efficiency.
- Strong educational background in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Professional qualification (e.g., CIMA, ACA, ACCA) is a plus.
- Previous experience within FP&A or a similar role.
- Retail experience preferable.
- Experience in a matrix organization is highly valued.
- Attention to detail
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modelling
- Experience with financial planning software (e.g., Anaplan) is an advantage

Previous experience within FP&A or a similar role is required. Retail experience and work experience in a matrix organization are advantageous.
Strong educational background in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Professional qualification (e.g., CIMA, ACA, ACCA) is a plus.
