Purdey Assistant to Chairman / CEO

- Provide high‑level, proactive administrative support to the Chairman and CEO, acting as a trusted gatekeeper and first point of contact.
- Manage complex calendars, prioritise meetings, coordinate diaries across time zones and resolve scheduling conflicts.
- Arrange detailed domestic and international travel itineraries, visas, accommodation and on‑the‑ground logistics.
- Prepare briefing materials, presentations and clear written communications for meetings, board sessions and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate and follow up on strategic projects, track actions and ensure timely completion across internal departments and external partners.
- Organise board and executive meetings including agendas, minutes, confidential document distribution and secure record keeping.
- Handle sensitive correspondence, maintain strict confidentiality and manage confidential filing systems (digital and paper).
- Process expense reports, vendor invoices and basic financial administration related to the executive office.
- Proven track record as an executive assistant supporting C‑suite leaders, preferably within luxury goods, retail or a similarly high‑service environment.
- Exceptional organisational ability, time management and the capacity to manage competing priorities under pressure.
- Impeccable written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to tone and detail.
- Discretion and professional judgement when handling confidential information and high‑value client relationships.
- Flexibility to work outside standard hours when required and to travel occasionally on short notice.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience; relevant administrative or business qualifications advantageous.
