Puig Travel Retail Europe HR Graduate
Puig is a family-controlled, multinational fashion and fragrance house with a portfolio of global luxury brands. The company operates across product creation, brand management and global commercial channels including travel retail, combining creative heritage with a commercially driven, international organisation.
- Support the Travel Retail Europe HR team with end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination and onboarding.
- Assist with employee lifecycle administration: contract preparation, HR record keeping, probation follow-ups and exit processes.
- Contribute to regional HR projects (talent development, engagement initiatives, process improvement) and help implement HR programmes across multiple markets.
- Prepare HR reports and dashboards to track hiring, attrition and other key people metrics; maintain accurate data in HR systems.
- Coordinate training logistics and support local learning activities for travel retail teams.
- Act as a first-line contact for routine employee queries and escalate complex issues to HR Business Partners.
- Support compensation and benefits administration in collaboration with central HR and local partners when required.
- Occasionally travel to regional offices and points of sale to support local HR execution and onboarding activities.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related discipline.
- Recent graduate or up to 1–2 years of practical HR experience, including internships or placements in HR, retail or hospitality.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; professional fluency in English. Additional European language (French, Spanish, German) is an advantage.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Entry-level: recent graduate or up to two years' combined internship/operational experience in HR, retail, travel retail or customer-facing industries. Practical exposure to recruitment, onboarding and HR administration is preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
