Puig Store Account Manager

1. Act as Puig’s on-site lead for the John Lewis Brent Cross concession, ensuring the brand’s commercial objectives and visual standards are met during the maternity cover period.
2. Drive sales performance and KPI delivery through daily coaching, motivation and performance management of beauty advisors and concession staff.
3. Implement merchandising, promotional and product-launch plans in close collaboration with the retail account and field sales teams.
4. Manage stock levels, replenishment and loss-prevention procedures to optimise availability and minimise shrinkage.
5. Deliver regular reporting on sales, stock, staffing and activation outcomes to the Field Sales Manager and London account team.
6. Provide superior clienteling and customer service, resolving complex client queries and maintaining high standards of brand experience.
7. Ensure compliance with John Lewis operational protocols, health & safety, and Puig brand guidelines.

1. Proven experience managing a concession or department store account within prestige beauty or luxury retail.
2. Demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets and driving commercial growth in a retail environment.
3. Strong leadership skills with experience coaching and developing sales teams.
4. Excellent communication and relationship-management skills, including stakeholder liaison with department store partners.
5. Right to work in the UK for the duration of the temporary contract.

Secondary education with relevant retail/beauty qualifications; formal training or a diploma in retail management, business, or cosmetics is desirable but not mandatory.
