Puig SAP Master Data Expert — MM

1. Lead governance, creation and ongoing maintenance of SAP MM master data (material master, vendor master, purchasing info records, source lists and classification).
2. Define and enforce master data policies, templates and validation rules to ensure accuracy and compliance across regions and brands.
3. Support data migration and cleansing activities for SAP S/4HANA and other landscape changes, including mapping, reconciliation and cutover support.
4. Collaborate with Procurement, Supply Chain, PLM and Finance stakeholders to align master data on business processes and reporting requirements.
5. Design and implement data quality KPIs, perform root-cause analysis, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to eliminate recurring errors.
6. Deliver training, documentation and operational handover for local master data teams; act as escalation point for complex data issues.
7. Partner with IT and SAP Basis/Development teams to specify and test enhancements, IDocs, interfaces, LSMW/LSO/MDG processes and transports.
8. Participate in projects as the MM master-data subject-matter expert, contributing to solution design, testing and post-go-live stabilization.

1. Substantive experience managing SAP MM master data in a multinational environment.
2. Proven track record supporting SAP S/4HANA migrations or major SAP landscape upgrades.
3. Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay, Materials Management and inventory concepts.
4. Experience defining data governance frameworks, standards and quality metrics.
5. Excellent stakeholder-management skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
6. Fluent analytical skills and meticulous attention to data integrity and process detail.
