1. Represent the brand in-store by delivering tailored consultations and product demonstrations that reflect brand positioning and standards.
2. Drive sales performance and achieve individual and store KPIs through consultative selling, upselling and client follow-up.
3. Develop and maintain client relationships via proactive clienteling, appointment booking and aftercare to build loyalty and repeat business.
4. Ensure merchandising, visual standards and product presentation meet brand guidelines; execute promotional and launch activations.
5. Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions accurately and assist with stock replenishment and inventory control.
6. Participate in product and brand training; provide feedback on client trends and competitive activity to store management.

1. Proven retail or beauty advisory experience, ideally within a premium or luxury beauty brand.
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a consultative sales approach.
3. Comfortable working to sales targets and KPI metrics; strong commercial orientation.
4. Ability to perform make-up application and product demonstrations to professional standards.
5. Flexible schedule availability including weekends and peak sales periods.
