1. Deliver personalised client consultations and product recommendations to drive sales of Byredo and associated beauty products.
2. Achieve individual and store sales targets and KPIs through expert clienteling and upselling.
3. Maintain elevated visual merchandising standards and ensure product presentation aligns with brand directives.
4. Manage stock rotation, inventory accuracy and replenishment to optimise product availability.
5. Record client interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system to build long-term relationships.
6. Support in-store activations, product launches and promotional events with excellent brand representation.
7. Conduct product sampling and basic demonstrations while adhering to hygiene and safety protocols.
8. Collaborate with store leadership on local sales strategies and provide feedback on customer trends.

1. Proven ability to deliver luxury customer service with a strong commercial focus.
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; professional, polished presentation.
3. Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
4. Legal right to work in Switzerland.
5. Basic numeracy for transaction handling and sales reporting.
6. Ability to learn brand product lines and translate technical product knowledge into client benefits.
