- Propose and sell multiple product lines including Puiforcat, Les Cristalleries Saint Louis, and La Table Hermès.
- Contribute to improving sales indicators.
- Ensure customer well-being in-store and offer a memorable and surprising experience.
- Represent and convey the values of the Maison to clients and new employees.
- Recruit and retain new national and international clientele.
- Maintain and follow up on the client database.
- Participate in inventory, assist with merchandising changes, and maintain the Puiforcat corner.
- Manage client deliveries, including appointment scheduling and product preparation.
- Provide after-sales service.
- Successful experience in sales, preferably in luxury department stores.
- Bold, lively, and dynamic temperament.
- Versatile with a strong sense of service and availability.
- Passion for challenges and sales, with storytelling skills to create memorable client experiences.
- Natural sensitivity to tableware, art, or cultural heritage is a plus.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Experience in luxury retail sales, preferably in department stores.
Limited contract position with potential exposure to luxury retail operations.
