1. Oversee the physical and digital reception of products, organizing their distribution or storage across various activity streams.
2. Coordinate the preparation of shipments based on customer service orders, ensuring compliance with procedures and deadlines.
3. Package, label, and verify orders, ensuring accurate billing information and accompanying necessary shipping documents.
4. Engage with carriers to arrange the collection of goods and manage entrusted shipments autonomously.
5. Alert management of low stock levels for packaging and transport materials and optimize warehouse organization.
6. Participate in inventory counts and maintain the commercial stock accurately.
7. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, challenging existing processes and proposing enhancements.

1. Higher education degree (e.g., BTS) in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Transport.
2. Proven experience in a similar logistics role.

1. Proficiency in ERP systems and Excel.
2. Strong organizational and meticulous attention to detail.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and flexibly.

Candidates must have proven experience in a logistics or supply chain role, demonstrating familiarity with ERP systems and inventory management.

Higher education degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Transport.
