1. Input orders into the ERP system within designated timeframes.
2. Manage entrusted requests, including entry, tracking, and return (e.g., communication loans, events, training).
3. Ensure stock report updates are accurate and timely.
4. Maintain up-to-date commercial support availability.
5. Oversee and track customization orders using the dedicated tool.
6. Assist the commercial operations manager in pre-event preparations.
7. Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and organization.
8. Participate in the development of training content.
9. Support the commercial team in various tasks, especially during the commercial operations manager's absence.

1. Student at a business school, recognized for rigor, analytical skills, and organization.
2. Proactive and capable of working independently.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills.

1. Fluency in English (written and spoken).
2. Proficiency in Excel (including pivot tables) and PowerPoint.

No prior experience required, suitable for students currently enrolled in a business program.

Currently enrolled in a business school.
