Commercial Operations Assistant Intern

Puiforcat, a subsidiary of Hermès since 1993, is a creator and manufacturer of silverware products with exceptional artisanal expertise. The brand is known for its unique style and the influence of Jean Puiforcat's designs from the 1920s and 1930s. 1. Enter orders into the ERP system within the specified timeframe
2. Manage entrusted requests, including entry, tracking, and return (communication loans, events, training, etc.)
3. Ensure stock report updates
4. Maintain up-to-date commercial support availability
5. Manage and track customization orders using the dedicated tool
6. Assist the commercial operations manager in event preparation
7. Actively participate in continuous process and organizational improvement
8. Contribute to the development of training content
9. Support the commercial team in various tasks, especially during the commercial operations manager's absence

1. Student in a business school recognized for rigor, analytical skills, and organization
2. Proactive and able to work independently
3. Excellent interpersonal skills
4. Fluent in English (written and spoken)

1. Proficiency in Excel (including pivot tables) and PowerPoint

No specific experience required, but relevant academic background in business is preferred.

Internship contract for 4 to 5 months, full-time, starting in July 2025

The internship is based in Pantin, France, accessible via Metro Line 5 and RER. Puiforcat is part of the Hermès Maison division, with a focus on ethics, diversity, and inclusion.
