1. Serve as the technical reference for soleillage and giclage within the workshop.
2. Execute soleillage and giclage operations with precision to ensure optimal aesthetic results while adhering to quality standards.
3. Perform machine adjustments and maintenance to ensure consistent application and operation.
4. Identify and resolve application defects, implementing sustainable corrective actions in collaboration with production and quality teams.
5. Contribute to process optimization and the industrialization of new products.
6. Train and mentor team members, including apprentices, to enhance technical skills.
7. Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards, promoting best practices and accident prevention.
8. Supervise candidate trials during recruitment processes.

1. Proven experience in soleillage and giclage, with a minimum of 6 to 8 years in dial manufacturing.
