- Serve as the technical reference for soleillage and giclage within the workshop.
- Execute soleillage and giclage operations with precision to ensure optimal aesthetic results while adhering to quality standards.
- Perform machine adjustments and maintenance to ensure consistent application and operation.
- Identify and resolve application defects, implementing sustainable corrective actions in collaboration with production and quality teams.
- Contribute to process optimization and the industrialization of new products.
- Train and mentor team members, including apprentices, to enhance technical skills.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards, promoting best practices and accident prevention.
- Supervise candidate trials during recruitment processes.
- Proven experience in soleillage and giclage, with a minimum of 6 to 8 years in dial manufacturing.
