Procadrans Quality Technician

- Collaborate with industrialization and development teams to draft processes, participating in feasibility sessions to anticipate technical challenges.
- Monitor pre-series and transition new products into production.
- Provide necessary resources for the production of new items, including auto-control tools and programs.
- Ensure internal compliance with client specifications and requirements.
- Define product control methods in collaboration with the quality methods department.
- Adapt documents and tools for part inspection during production phases.
- Enforce client aesthetic criteria in production.
- Train operators in quality control and share quality tools.
- Conduct workstation audits and address areas of expertise.
- Participate in daily meetings and track assigned actions.
- Update and distribute sector performance indicators.
- Support problem analysis and coordinate with specialists to propose and track action plans.
- Monitor client return indicators and objectives.
- Initiate and manage action plans for client returns.
- Formally address client non-conformities.
- Accompany clients during CSS and authorize deviations based on client agreements.
- Technician diploma or equivalent qualification (BTS, TQ1) required.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, ideally in watchmaking or microtechnology.
- Proficiency in standard office software and ERP systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French, with professional proficiency in English.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
- Effective organization and prioritization abilities.
- Client-oriented mindset with a focus on precision and autonomy.
- Collaborative spirit and proactive approach.
A minimum of 3 years in a similar role, preferably within the watchmaking or microtechnology sectors.
Technician diploma or equivalent (BTS, TQ1).
