Procadrans Production Sector Manager

- Oversee the operational management of the production sector, ensuring performance in safety, quality, timelines, and cost.
- Ensure the smooth scheduling of the sector according to defined standards and priorities.
- Monitor performance indicators and implement necessary corrective actions.
- Actively participate in resolving technical and organizational issues.
- Ensure compliance with manufacturing processes, self-checks, client quality criteria, and maintenance plans with the support of sector specialists.
- Organize daily work and foster a positive social climate in the workshop by encouraging communication and cooperation among team members.
- Participate in recruitment, integration, and monitoring of new employees.
- Maintain and develop team competencies through cross-training and training plans.
- Motivate and unite the team, promoting a culture of feedback and conducting annual reviews.
- Ensure upward and downward communication of information.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards.
- Raise team awareness of best practices and contribute to accident prevention.
- Propose and implement continuous improvement actions to achieve operational excellence.
- Participate in the development and industrialization of new products.
- Engineering degree or equivalent.
- Significant managerial experience (minimum 5 years), ideally in watchmaking.
- Strong knowledge of production management and ERP usage.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing tools.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of Power BI is advantageous.
- Natural leadership to guide, mentor, supervise, and unite teams.
- Strong interpersonal skills and active listening abilities.
- Ability to defuse tensions and manage unforeseen events calmly.
- Strong commitment to safety, health, and environmental standards and their daily application.
A minimum of 5 years in a supervisory role, preferably within the watchmaking industry.
Engineering degree or equivalent.
