1. Oversee the operational management of the production sector, ensuring performance in safety, quality, timelines, and cost.
2. Ensure the smooth scheduling of the sector according to defined standards and priorities.
3. Monitor performance indicators and implement necessary corrective actions.
4. Actively participate in resolving technical and organizational issues.
5. Ensure compliance with manufacturing processes, self-checks, client quality criteria, and maintenance plans with the support of sector specialists.
6. Organize daily work and foster a positive social climate in the workshop by encouraging communication and cooperation among team members.
7. Participate in recruitment, integration, and monitoring of new employees.
8. Maintain and develop team competencies through cross-training and training plans.
9. Motivate and unite the team, promoting a culture of feedback and conducting annual reviews.
10. Ensure upward and downward communication of information.
11. Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards.
12. Raise team awareness of best practices and contribute to accident prevention.
13. Propose and implement continuous improvement actions to achieve operational excellence.
14. Participate in the development and industrialization of new products.

1. Engineering degree or equivalent.
2. Significant managerial experience (minimum 5 years), ideally in watchmaking.
3. Strong knowledge of production management and ERP usage.
4. Familiarity with lean manufacturing tools.

1. Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of Power BI is advantageous.
2. Natural leadership to guide, mentor, supervise, and unite teams.
3. Strong interpersonal skills and active listening abilities.
4. Ability to defuse tensions and manage unforeseen events calmly.
5. Strong commitment to safety, health, and environmental standards and their daily application.

A minimum of 5 years in a supervisory role, preferably within the watchmaking industry.

Engineering degree or equivalent.
