Procadrans Production Planner

- Ensure the feasibility of the production plan in the short and medium term.
- Validate the load-capacity alignment over a 3 to 6 month horizon.
- Establish and validate production cadence assumptions and planning.
- Define and oversee the production plan.
- Manage detailed scheduling within the production area.
- Monitor forecast adherence to deadlines, prioritizing tasks accordingly.
- Control short-term load-capacity and ensure adherence to established cadences.
- Analyze daily alerts and propose corrective actions such as capacity adjustments, outsourcing, and smoothing.
- Oversee the manufacturing process and coordinate stakeholders to ensure the progress of production orders, including new products.
- Update and communicate production tracking indicators such as stock levels, cadence, and work-in-progress.
- Ensure data consistency between the system (LX) and production activity indicators.
- Update schedules based on production contingencies.
- Manage subcontracting by validating plan feasibility according to supplier capacity.
- Establish and provide the Industrial and Commercial Plan.
- Ensure compliance with requested deadlines and monitor subcontractor performance indicators.
- Engage in regular communication and participate in various projects with stakeholders, including production managers and logistics-purchasing teams.
- Contribute to capacity enhancement initiatives for human and machine resources.
- Participate in continuous improvement and cross-functional projects, such as digitalization.
- Proactively engage in the New Products Monitoring Committee.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, logistics, or production management.
- Initial experience in the industry, preferably in watchmaking. Experience in scheduling is a plus.
- Proficiency in standard IT tools and ERP systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Pragmatic and organized approach to industrial challenges.
- Effective communication across various departments.
- Ability to report progress clearly and concisely.
- Dynamic and positive personality with a drive for ambitious projects.
At least one year of experience in an industrial setting, ideally within the watchmaking industry.
Bachelor's degree in engineering, logistics, or production management.
