1. Serve as the technical reference for polishing and smoothing within the workshop.
2. Perform manual smoothing and polishing operations on dials using bobino, handling 1 to 4 dials simultaneously.
3. Conduct avivage operations for decal or lacquer applications.
4. Execute flat polishing operations for lacquered products.
5. Ensure optimal aesthetic results in accordance with quality standards.
6. Adjust and fine-tune machinery and equipment to ensure consistent and compliant application.
7. Identify and rectify application defects such as surface condition and flatness.
8. Implement and monitor sustainable corrective actions in collaboration with production and quality teams.
9. Contribute to process optimization and the industrialization of new products.
10. Train and support team members to enhance their skills.
11. Explain and enforce internal job instructions and standards.
12. Promote a positive work environment by encouraging communication and cooperation among teams.
13. Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards.
14. Raise awareness of best practices and contribute to accident prevention.
15. Supervise candidate trials during recruitment processes.

1. Technical training in polishing or finishing (AFP, CFC, or equivalent).
2. Proven experience in a similar role, ideally in dial manufacturing (minimum 6 to 8 years).
3. Mastery of manual polishing and smoothing operations, as well as flat polishing techniques.
4. Excellent visual acuity and dexterity.
5. Experience with various materials: brass, mild steel, silver.
6. Technical expertise in adjusting, analyzing, and correcting quality defects.
7. Ability to structure and impart technical knowledge pedagogically.
8. Natural leadership to guide, mentor, and motivate teams.
9. Meticulousness, analytical skills, and problem-solving capability.
10. Team spirit and communication skills to foster a positive work environment and effective collaboration.
11. Organizational skills and autonomy in managing daily priorities and tasks.
12. Strong commitment to the adherence and application of safety, health, and environmental standards.
13. First aid training is a plus.

Minimum of 6 to 8 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in dial manufacturing.
