1. Analyze and improve the varnishing process, focusing on thickness management.
2. Identify root causes of thickness variations and propose corrective actions.
3. Study defects in the Zapon and lacquer sectors and implement corrective action plans.
4. Standardize and update operational procedure documents with visual management elements.
5. Collaborate with the Quality department on the deployment of the Tulip tool for production tracking.
6. Monitor production performance on lines 2 and 3, identifying bottlenecks and recurring discrepancies.

1. Final-year student in an engineering program with a focus on industrial methods, production, or continuous improvement.
2. Proficiency in analytical and presentation tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
3. Familiarity with visualization and digitalization tools like Power BI, Tulip, VBA, and SQL.
4. Strong knowledge of problem-solving tools and lean manufacturing principles.
5. Excellent oral and written proficiency in French; English proficiency is advantageous.
