Procadrans Health and Safety Coordinator

- Identify, evaluate, and analyze workplace risks and hazards within the manufacturing zones.
- Participate in the deployment of improvement plans aligned with the company's strategic, tactical, and operational objectives.
- Ensure regulatory compliance of the site, including adherence to LTr and SUVA standards.
- Implement and enforce health and safety policies and necessary safety instructions.
- Collaborate with the Health and Safety Manager to develop training modules and educate all employees on health risks and accident prevention.
- Engage with personnel on occupational health and safety issues and facilitate feedback sessions.
- Conduct health and safety audits within the company.
- Gather information on accidents, incidents, and risk situations, and implement corrective measures.
- Lead the progress of action plans related to employee health, including risk management, audits, and incident reporting.
- Promote a culture of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) to minimize workplace and external professional-related accidents and illnesses.
- Participate in employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Contribute to environmental analysis according to group methodology.
- Oversee waste management and propose reduction solutions.
- Ensure compliance with environmental protection standards.
- Maintain and update the chemical products list and suggest alternatives.
- Monitor environmental indicators such as waste, VOCs, and energy consumption.
- Participate in the life cycle analysis of dials.
- Technical or engineering education complemented by a STPS diploma or CFST Safety Officer qualification.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an industrial health and safety role.
- Basic knowledge of chemical risks.
- Basic technical knowledge of the industrial environment.
- Familiarity with Swiss legislation.
- Security training is an advantage.
- Proficiency in French and basic written English skills.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Team-oriented mindset.
- Persuasive communication and proposal skills.
- Proficiency in computer tools (Word, Excel, etc.).
A minimum of 2 years in a health and safety role within an industrial setting is required.
Technical or engineering education with additional safety qualifications.
